ONLY ONE SHOT!


"Why didn't you come back for the rest of the treatment?" The Dr asked "You took only one shot of the treatment, and you didn't bother to come back for the rest of the treatment" the Dr continued
I had to treat malaria recently, in fact the symptoms were too obvious that I was totally down. I have enjoyed perfect healing for more than 6years now. I don't know why I have to be this down. (Another story for another day). I went for the first dose of the treatment, I was given injections and drugs, glory to God, I was relieved, am back on my feet. Aluta continual! I didn't even remember to go for the rest of the treatment.
The conversation at the beginning was what happened when I have to go back to the clinic few days after. The symptoms I now feel is worse than before. I never knew God wanted to teach me a lesson I will not forget.
It was in the place of meditation I understood why Naman's leprosy will not be healed until the has deeped himself the seventh time in the river Jordan.
You may not understand why Elisha lamented in
2 Kings 13:18 Then he said, "Take the arrows," and the king took them. Elisha told him, "Strike the ground." He struck it three times and stopped.
2 Kings 13:19 The man of God was angry with him and said, "You should have struck the ground five or six times; then you would have defeated Aram and completely destroyed it. But now you will defeat it only three times."
Why are you so certain about the single fellowship you had with God? What brought about this certainty you carried everywhere about your encounter with Christ. Am not doubting the fact that you once met Christ, there are evidences to that effect. We know that your calling is sure and certain, clearer than the signal of GOtv. But why didn't you continue in the place of the encounter?
You had only a shot of the dealing of God and you have already jumped out! By mercy you are privileged to experience just a little of God's Power and you are already shouting
"I have a ministry"
You were only permitted to go out just once, then you refuse to come back and continue your training.
If you should launch out with this only shot in you, am sorry to tell you, you will soon break down again.
Ask the Prodigal son
Luke 15:13 It wasn't long before the younger son packed his bags and left for a distant country. There, undisciplined and dissipated, he wasted everything he had.
If you will not go, with the sight of a man like 'that of a tree', you need more than a shot.
If you will not finish before your finishing time, you need more encounters.
If you will not be dead while still living, there is a need for you to go back for the rest of the treatment.
Don't you know the enemy of your soul will make you feel you are okay, he will sponsor situations and people to make you feel perfect, little did you know that the viruses only hibernated, they are not yet dead.
Will you not plead with the father just like I did for help not to be in an hurry.
Plead for grace to be Patience, till God will send for you. Plead that you will not rush out of the place of your making.
Don't go until you are made whole!

 "In this hot sun, how soon will i get a Keke to take me back to the office? After the stress I am facing here, I still have a lot to catch up with in the office and it's the weekend already, I will have to face the stress on the road again, Kai, this life ehn...
