THE SHEPHERD AND HIS SHEEP 3


John 10:1-5 "Very truly I tell you Pharisees, anyone who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger's voice."
We previously examined some Truth and how it differs from Fact. How you must enter the sheep pen if God must recognize you. We also learnt that your Voice is been registered at the door.
Let's move quickly to another thing that happens at the door of Salvation
👉🏻There is NAME REGISTRATION:
Revelation 20:15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.
When you enter into the sheep pen of God, your name will be written in the book of life. You can pretend to have entered through the door, but If you haven't, your name can't be in the book of life.
In as much as you remain in the sheep fold, your name is still intact, but immediately you allow sin to pull you out, your name is removed! If The Shepherd will call you by name, it must be the name that is been registered when you entered.
Furthermore, at the door, you ARE GIVEN A GARMENT
Matthew 22:12 'Friend', He asked, 'How did you get in here without wedding clothes', The man was speechless.
Revelation 22:14 "Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city.
This garment you are been given at the gate is what serves as the identity card. It must be preserved and jealousy guided.
Now that you have known these, find an answer to these question Did I entered through the door? Do I have all these with me?
We have a lot of people in church today who never entered through the door, they just find themselves to be a Christian, without the basic understanding of what happens at the door of Salvation. You can't be born a Christian, you have to deliberately make a decision to be.
It is better to stop and have a check now, because a time is coming when it will be too late. You can still go back to the door now and start properly as a Sheep in his pen

I boiled a egg sometimes ago, I heated the pot with enough fire, and the water was really boiling.  "In this hot sun, how soon will i get a Keke to take me back to the office? After the stress I am facing here, I still have a lot to catch up with in the office and it's the weekend already, I will have to face the stress on the road again, Kai, this life ehn...   PRAYERS INITIATED BY FEAR It is not a new thing to an average human that prayer is a means of fighting spiritual warfare, all religion testify to this. I can testify to it that this world is spiritual and there are lot of battles going on, the one we can see or the invincible ones. There are battles from friends and foes, in the morning, afternoon, evening and night, in the dream, real life experiences. At work, at home, amongst family members, from within the environment and attacks of all sought. Yes, this world is really wicked!
