BEFORE THEY CAME TOGETHER 1


Matthew 1:18 This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit.
We have come to a crucial point in our relationship that we need to critically cheek this as the Holy Spirit is laying in on my mind.
It is a correct thing for any single above teen age to be concern about marriage. I am also awear that many reading this are in that stage. I am sure many of my reader has been educated about marriage, you have read books and listen to different messages on it especially those that are already engaged.
I Want to quickly strike a point here, before they came together
If you will have a Godly and a correct home, you need to understand this before you come together.
In today's passage, there is something that is common to both partner that intend to come together.
👉🏻 Both of them are recognised by God. They are not just going to church, they didn't draw near to God because of marriage. Mary and Joseph had a personal relationship with God Individually. I see a lot of 'emergency consecration' in churches today. People draw so close to God because of a life partner which is not correct. God knows your heart more than you do, he will always give you what fits you. So before you come together, have a check do I really have a personal encounter with God? Am I known by God? Am I not just moving close to God because of marriage? Have I been always accepting his will for me in all other issues of life? Have this check on your self, If the two parties coming together can clearly and sincerely resolve this, having issues in marriage will be easy to resolve.
Before they came together
👉🏻 She was found with a child: Mary was found with a seed inside of her, she was noticed to have something she carries. It was clearly seen that she had a mission she must accomplish, there is a pregnancy she can't afford to lose. She was found with a life inside of her.
We must note that this kind of life that Mary carries within her is not just an ordinary one, the life in her womb is not from a fellow human.
If your marriage will be fulfilling, as a lady, you must carry a life. You must have a womb to carry life. Don't you know the reason why you are been referred to as a 'Womb-man' (Woman). When a lady doesn't have a life inside her womb she will care less of her marriage. Holy Spirit please grant us understanding... Sisters, please don't rush into a relationship without a life in that womb of yours. It is very important you have a life in that your womb. Am not saying you should be pregnant before marriage, but make sure you carry God inside your womb. This life am talking about can only be given by the Holy Spirit. This life in your womb will be noticed by all its not what you can hide when you have it.
Oh Father please grant unto our sisters the understanding of this mystery. Help them Lord to posses that which only the Holy Spirit can give.
We are praying father grant unto us all a definite encounter. In Jesus name.

 "In this hot sun, how soon will i get a Keke to take me back to the office? After the stress I am facing here, I still have a lot to catch up with in the office and it's the weekend already, I will have to face the stress on the road again, Kai, this life ehn... I can testify to it that this world is spiritual and there are lot of battles going on, the one we can see or the invincible ones. There are battles from friends and foes, in the morning, afternoon, evening and night, in the dream, real life experiences.
