THE RACE SET BEFORE YOU
Hello friends, am glad to know to know you are there.  Just to remind you should in case you had forgotten that there is a race set before every one of us to run; there is a mission everyone has to accomplish, there is a target we had to hit before the bell rings. Everyone is left with the mandate to run the race and to win. This race in question is personal, individual. A good father cannot run for his beloved son, likewise a daughter cannot run for his mother, everyone has to run his own race in other to win.
You need to get the fact that in a race everyone on earth runs; either male, female, young or old. Millions of people on earth are on this track event for this sprint race set before them but only one person gets the prize. Only few people make it to the finishing line, only limited people can finish this race and pass on the baton of the sprint to the next person.
This race is deliberately design to make only few make it to the finishing line; it is now left to you to finish your race. As a friend and a concerned fellow, I am urging you to run your own race to win, you must be determined to win. Run with this determination in you.
To win this particular race that is set before you, to finish this race and to get a trophy, to finish well, there are things for you to do. There are situation and circumstances you have to pass through, there are many things you have to deny yourself of things that will serve as load on you: things that will keep you from doing your best, lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset you, things that attracts itself to you, things that are deliberately programmed to attach itself on you. Get rid of some little sins that you often do not pay cognizant of, get rid of your old self, your sinful habits, your way of life. This are the things that will not let you run as you should.
To finish this race well, run straight to the goal with purpose in every step. Know that there is a purpose for this your running, know that there is a target for you to hit. You must be purposeful “… Daniel purpose in his heart…” Daniel 1:8. Before you begin this race, you have to make up your mind if you will finish it or die off along the way. With this purpose in you, whatever comes your way you will be able to scale it through? As you are running with this purpose in you, you must also fight to win, you must wage war against forces that are against your soul, things that easily beset you are thongs you want to fight not witches and wizards, you fight even with your blood “you have not wage war against sin till shedding of blood…” it is a real fight. As you are also fighting, run with patience the race set before you, as you are also going keep on looking unto Jesus the one who had gone before us , the only blue print of what we should do the specimen God set before us, fixing your attention on Him is what will sustain you in things race.
However, remember as you are running this race to heaven, as Christians, I hope you know that you get enlisted to the race immediately you give your life to Jesus, as soon as you understand this, you must also know that there are a lot of people you must help to set them on this race. Don’t be tired, fight on, run up and with the mindset that “…if you fall short of the rules of the race, you might be declared unfit and ordered to stand aside”. Ask God for grace to finish well.

 "In this hot sun, how soon will i get a Keke to take me back to the office? After the stress I am facing here, I still have a lot to catch up with in the office and it's the weekend already, I will have to face the stress on the road again, Kai, this life ehn... I can testify to it that this world is spiritual and there are lot of battles going on, the one we can see or the invincible ones.
