“Ma, until you upgrade this operating system, these features you are asking for can’t be activated” That was my response to one of my clients who brought her laptop to me asking to help, use some features that other systems in the office has, but her laptop doesn’t have it. Some features are compatible with our gadgets, and with the help of the operating system, we will be able to operate them; what I am saying is this, as technology changes, some new features come with technology. Take for instance, the story I started with, the story of a client, and other colleagues at work, their laptop has features like Bluetooth, which can create a hotspot, and share the internet through the laptop hotspot, it can use some apps without stress, and many more. But for her case, she has the same system, but her system doesn’t have such features.
